- The rates in Brunei Dollars act as a guideline only. For payment; rates are according to Ringgit Malaysia.
- Above hotel rates are nett in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), inclusive of taxes and service charges unless specified in the REMARKS.
- All bookings must be made minimum 05 working days before arrival date (excluding Saturday & Sunday, Eve & Public Holiday).
- All bookings make for the above hotel have to be paid in advance before check in date. We will charge your credit card in Ringgit Malaysia currency.
- Prepayment can be made by credit card (VISA , Mastercard and JCB Card or by telegraphic transfers.

- Your will received a confirmation email or call from us , before any charges is made to your credit card .

After payment is charged or made, a check-in voucher and a payment receipt showing booking details will be emailed (via email attachment) or faxed to guest for easy reference.
- Under normal Circumstances ,if notification of cancellation is received after booking is confirmed (hotel check-in voucher issued) and before the NON-CANCELLATION PERIOD, a service fee of 10% will be imposed.
- A detail cancellation policy will be sent to our guest when we confirmed the bookings.

- Any cancellation policies dictated by the hotel during the peak season will always supercede those stated here. In such case our reservation officers will inform you clearly and completely when we issue the confirmation voucher/email to you).
